We don't lock a client into a single technician, or keep them on a waiting list. Meeting our client's service needs and busy schedule is our top priority.

Pay Structure:
We are an hourly and salary based company with team profit sharing. Generally, our team members earn much more on salary than the industry standard for comission. Salary pay has many advantages; budgeting your finances, qualification for financing on a home or car, no ups and downs with your cheques, etc. Future raises are considered based on overall team contribution as well as sales performance, client retention, and education requirements.
We are an extremely busy salon and currently provide about 1,200 services per month. We average about 5 new clients every day and are surrounded by new housing developments.
We are constantly on the lookout for career minded
stylists, estheticians, make-up artists, salon hostesses and salon coordinators.
